At a session this afternoon, the media agency decided to revoke the license to broadcast 1TV, whose informal owner is Bojan Jovanovski, the primary suspect in the “Racket” case.

The agency opened a procedure for failing to meet the minimum staffing requirements, and the media had 15 days to correct the omissions, as no decision was taken to revoke the license.

The agency has also filed for covert media ownership after Jovanovski himself admitted in a recent television interview that he was in fact the owner, though his father and Jasna Mandic were officially listed as the owners, both now suspected of an extended investigation into the ”Racket” case.
