Deputy Finance Minister Gordana Dimitrieska-Kocoska posted on her Facebook profile that the government spent MKD 1,363,953,998 on temporary public sector employment, from June 2017 to February 2020.

“From 2017 to 2019 alone, the increase in the cost of temporary employment is by 71.32%. How many new ambulances would you buy and how much would you contribute to reducing pollution with these funds? I am persuaded that bribery was not used in the pre-election period, but in January and February 2020 there was a 25.69% increase in expenditure on this basis compared to the amount spent for the same period in 2019. I mention that these amounts do not include the costs of state and municipal public utilities, nor their companies such as AD ELEM, AD MEPSO, AD Vodostopansstvo etc., which we all know are one of the major employers in Macedonia”.
