Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs Bujar Osmani wrote on Facebook that it
was time to open the borders without any restrictions.
"It is time to open the airports and borders without restrictions," wrote Deputy Prime
Minister Osmani.
The possibility for full opening of the borders without the current conditions, ie
mandatory PCR test and self-isolation will be the topic of conversation with the
Commission for Infectious Diseases today, after which an appropriate decision will
be made.
At Monday's session, the Government accepted the proposal of the Commission for
Infectious Diseases to return to normal the organized transport of passengers from
