All cases submitted for privatization of state-owned construction land in 2018, 2019, 2020, citizens can follow to what stage of resolution they are on the portal privatizacija.finance.gov.mk, announced the Ministry of Finance.

According to the statement, there are about 11,500 cases filed during this period.

The archive number of the case is required, when and in which regional department it was submitted, as well as the cadastral parcel and cadastral municipality to which the request refers. If the applicant does not know the cadastral parcel and the municipality, it is sufficient to enter his / her personal identification number or tax number in case of a legal entity. Last year, according to a statement, the Office of Property and Legal Affairs resolved more than 7,000 privatization cases. New requests are submitted at the same time. The deadline for submitting an application for privatization of state land is December 31, 2021.
