In less than a month, the government terminated two contracts for long-term lease of construction land under favorable conditions with foreign investors through the Directorate for Technological-Industrial Development Zones.

Last week, the government gave permission to the Directorate to terminate the contract with the pharmaceutical company Sagen, which was to invest 20m euros in Ilinden. An agreement was signed with the Albanian investor in 2018, when it was announced at a press conference that he would invest in two phases and that it would create 300 jobs.

Two weeks earlier, it had been decided to terminate the contract with the Kessler Group. The German company that announced 150 highly qualified jobs in Bunardzik probably remains to produce electric motors in the rented facility in Ilinden. The agreement with Kessler was reached at the end of 2017 and 150 jobs were announced, reports Faktor.mk.
