The parliamentary group of the largest opposition party has submitted 1,350 amendments, and in total we have about 3,000 amendments from the entire opposition to the proposal to hold virtual parliamentary sessions, it is simply a cry of the opposition based on unconstitutionality and irregular behavior and based on what has been in power in the past, said coordinator of the VMRO-DPMNE parliamentary group Nikola Micevski.

“Through the Jean Monnet process, we talked through European values for the adoption of the Rules of Procedure, by consensus. Unfortunately, this was not obeyed by the government and the only way to defend the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure in the Parliament is to submit a huge number of amendments to block the session itself. “As long as the government behaves in this way violently and unconstitutionally, that will be the reaction of VMRO-DPMNE and the opposition,” Micevski said.
