There is no justice in Macedonia because we are dealing with a mafia, says the opposition VMRO-DPMNE leader HristijanMickoski on Tuesday’s press conference after yesterday’s escape of former director of UBK SashoMijalkov.
“Today, criminals and the authorities are the same thing, there is no difference. Who has been responsible for the crime so far? No one. This is because the mafia has its own country. If until yesterday we were the most corrupt country in Europe, today we are the most corrupt country in the world. Zaev privatized the country, along with Vice and Sasho. They are united with a magnet, and the magnet is money, the desire for power and the power to control, but without any accountability. This criminal coalition works like this because of the captured institutions,” said Mickoski.
“Only then will justice come and the mafia will be held accountable. We call on all members of Parliament, regardless whether they are in the opposition or with the Government, if they are from SDSM or aligned with them, to stop begin accomplices of the mafia. Muster courage to say enough is enough. It’s time for a new caretaker government,” Mickoski said.
