All trials where Goran Boshevski is the judge or is part of the trial counsel have been postponed until a new judge is appointed, the Skopje-based Criminal Court said.
Friday’s hearing in the trajectory case, over the construction of highway sections Miladinovci-Shtip and Kichevo-Ohrid, where Goran Boshevski is the presiding judge, did not take place. According to the court, all parties in the procedure have been notified.
Former minister of transport and communications Mile Janakieski, former deputy PM Vladimir Peshevski and former State Roads Agency director Ljupcho Georgievski are indicted in the case.
The trial in the ‘Talir 1’ case, over unlawful financing of political party VMRO-DPMNE, is presided over by Judge Osman Shabani, but a new member of the trial counsel will need to be appointed to replace Boshevski.
