The first dose of vaccine was received by 13,108 citizens yesterday, and a total of 14,712 citizens were vaccinated. A total of 1,177,911 doses of vaccines have been applied in the country, and 503,401 citizens have been revaccinated.
According to the latest statistics, 70% of the population over 70 years of age have received at least one dose of vaccine, 68% of the population over 65 years of age have been vaccinated with at least one dose of vaccine, 64% of the population over 60 years of age have been vaccinated with at least one dose of vaccine and 55% of the population over the age of 50 is vaccinated with at least one dose of the vaccine.
Citizens are vaccinated without an appointment, in the existing vaccination points across the country. The process of field vaccination takes place on the territory of the whole country, with rotations of medical teams in each village, and rural settlement. Children aged 12 to 18 are vaccinated with parental consent.
