Due to Zaev and Filipche’s untimely measures, Macedonia faces a new EU travel ban as of Monday, VMRO-DPMNE said in a press release on Sunday.
“Because Zaev and Filipche who did not take measures on time, Macedoniam citizens face a new travel ban from the EU starting Monday. Due to the high number of cases which could have been prevented with timely measures, Macedonian citizens will not be able to travel to the EU. The ban may mean a complete ban on non-essential travel, but also huge procedures for those citizens whose travel is necessary. This situation is a result of the stubbornness of Zaev and Filipche, who refused to accept any advice and because of that now all citizens will suffer,” the opposition party added.
