18,292 vaccines applied in two days


Vaccination is ongoing at all points across the country, and field vaccination is also underway. A total of 722,578 citizens were vaccinated at the vaccination points in the country and in the field, as of yesterday. 9,240 citizens received their first dose of vaccine on Saturday and Sunday, and a total of 18,292 citizens were vaccinated. A total of 1,253,612 doses of vaccines were applied in the country, and 531,033 citizens were revaccinated.

According to the latest figures, 52% of the population over 40 years of age has received at least one dose of vaccine and 28% of the population over 18-39 years of age have been vaccinated with at least one dose of vaccine.

Citizens can get vaccinated without an appointment, in the existing vaccination points across the country. Children aged 12 to 18 can only be vaccinated with parental consent.
