Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti failed to provide a precise answer whether and when Pristina will extradite the accused Afrim Ismailovic и and Alil Demiri for the fivefold murders at Smilkovsko Lake on April 12, 2012.

The Kosovo Prime Minister announced that he will seek international assistance for this particular case, but also for other court cases.

“The justice ministers of our governments are in direct and regular contact, because they also cooperate on this issue. We know from the past that we have inherited tragic cases, difficult cases, but there are other cases that in my opinion are not fully investigated and for which we still do not have the full truth. Along with Prime Minister Zaev, we discussed that we need not only support, but also international assistance, so that there would be justice for both countries, but also for the victims, for justice to end and for the truth to be found,” Kurti told the press.
