After the result that happened after the end of the first election round, we had an expression of the will of the citizens who clearly chose the opposition and it is virtuous when it is lost with such a strong message from the people to admit defeat and continue with a policy based on competitive staff, instead of a battle with a black, negative campaign, said VMRO-DPMNE International Secretary and current Mayor of the Municipality of Aerodrom Timcho Mucunski in an interview with TV 24.

The real picture is that a new parliamentary majority or the organization of new early parliamentary elections is needed, Mucunski said.

He added that the citizens recognize the policies of VMRO-DPMNE by what has been done, which is the economy, judiciary, reforms in the media sector, education, health, direct and foreign investment. In the past 4 years there has been maximum disappointment of the citizens with staff who deliver nothing and with a series of scandals.

“There are two directions in which they would move after the clear decision of the citizens in the first round of elections and that is either a new parliamentary majority or new parliamentary elections,” said Mucunski.

He stressed that in the current composition there are many responsible MPs who love the Republic of Macedonia and would dare to become part of a new majority that will be based on new solutions with a plan and vision for Macedonia.

“The citizens recognize progressiveness in the candidates who are from the opposition, not only from VMRO-DPMNE, but also from the other candidates who are part of the opposition,” added Mucunski.
