The information obtained by Alsat TV is that in this fourth tender no company has submitted a bid, which will announce another new tender.
According to Alsat’s information, the reason that the state-owned ESM did not submit a bid is that so far they have not provided 100 percent of the required electricity for all 12 months of 2022, but for now they certainly have electricity to meet the needs of citizens for only 10 months from next. year.
Otherwise, ESM did not submit a bid in the previous three consecutive tenders, and then the reason according to the state power plants was that no calculation was prepared for the proposed price at which the electricity will be sold to the Universal Supplier.
