The executive should not have a point of contact with the judiciary when it comes to making decisions in the judiciary and the prosecution, said the newly appointed Minister of Justice Nikola Tupanchevski.
“It will not be easy, but I can promise that the Ministry of Justice will create conditions for good and smooth operation of all spheres of justice, not only the judiciary and the prosecution, but also notaries, mediators, enforcement agents and the Registry Office,” said Tupancheski in an interview.
The Minister states that it is not easy to get a document from the Registry Office and therefore it is obvious that something is not working properly.
“I find it incomprehensible that the telephone line in the Registry Office does not work. Defects have been located and now need to be corrected as soon as possible. Everything is possible, only the system should become functional – added Tupancheski.
Regarding the public perception that the judicial system is the most corrupt, the minister says that things can be sorted out and improved.
