Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski congratulated the International Labor Day – May 1, to all workers in the country. In his holiday address, he stressed that they have an ally in him and in the Government for every issue and that together with the workers and the unions, all challenges will be overcome.
“Workers are the driving force behind the economy and social development. That is why this Government and I, as Prime Minister, recognize and value their work. This year we celebrate the International Labor Day in conditions of global economic and energy crisis. Despite all the challenges, we remain committed to improving working conditions and increasing workers’ wages,” Kovachevski said in his address.
