The meeting between the Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski and the leader of VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski is not held because Mickoski conditioned it by arranging snap elections, which is unacceptable, because at the first meeting to meet the leaders no conditions are set, the head of state Stevo Pendarovski told Kanal 5 TV, stressing that this is information he received from the Prime Minister.
The assessed that the gap between the government and the opposition is so deep that he did not even manage to gather them for an informal gathering, to watch the football match Macedonia-Portugal together.
“The opposition replied that they had already agreed to watch football in another location. If you cannot agree on watching football together, how then will you arrange a meeting to resolve political issues,” said Pendarovski.
