Starting today, the application for subsidizing old crafts and craft activities in extinction in the city of Skopje begins.
The city of Skopje announced a call on Monday for subsidies for old crafts and craft activities in extinction in the city of Skopje.
In order to encourage the development of traditional crafts through the subsidization of old crafts and craft activities in extinction in the territory of the city of Skopje, through the Program for financing projects for the development of crafts, hospitality and trade of the City of Skopje for the year 2022 provided in the Budget of the City of Skopje are funds in the amount of MKD 500,000.00. The monetary subsidy amounts to 10,000 denars per applicant.
The right to participate in the public call have the following: Artisans who did not receive budget funds from subsidizing projects from the City of Skopje in the current year; and Craftsmen who are registered in accordance with the Law on Crafts and perform craft activities in extinction, which according to the processed data record a decrease in activity in continuity.
