Deputy Prime Minister Bojan Marichikj said that the crisis was not an excuse, but a real obstacle in an interview with TV Telma.

“If we have a period in which the Government must inevitably deal with the lack of electricity and other resources, so that we can spend the winter peacefully without more serious consequences. The crisis is not an excuse, but a real obstacle. The heating season starts tomorrow and we will all be focused on managing the consequences of the crisis,” said the Deputy Prime Minister.

In the latest report on Macedonia’s progress towards the EU, the European Commission (EC) assessed the country as moderately prepared in most of the political criteria.
