The cleaning company “Serta” is the company for which the Skopje Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office reported yesterday that it is conducting an investigative procedure for participating in tenders with forged documents. In 2018 and 2021, the company twice participated in a consortium for the procurement of hygiene products in a call published by the Service for General and Common Affairs and, based on forged documents, obtained a total income of 1.35 million euros.
The Basic Criminal Court Skopje requires precautionary measures and a ban on the disposal of funds from the legal entity’s bank accounts for the responsible natural person.
So far, there is no reaction from the Government.
