As a central government, we cannot have a direct impact on the administration, but with our laws we try to set up mechanisms and instruments that will make it easier for the institutions to be more efficient in the area of new employment. We are trying to make the employment method more transparent and that the head of the institution does not have the opportunity to hire party henchmen, said the Macedonian Minister of Information Society and Administration Admirim Aliti on Thursday.
The administration minister believes that departmentalization is a phenomenon in our society and that most employments take place before elections, in municipalities, schools and healthcare. That, as Aliti said, should be changed with the new laws.
