We inform the general public that the Legal Department of the Levica political party filed a criminal complaint to the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office – Skopje against two managers of “Elektrodistribucija” LLC: Sasho Saltirovski and Jochen Hageman – due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion of having committed a crime “Failure to report a crime or perpetrator” – punishable under Art. 364, para. 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of N. Macedonia, with a suspended prison sentence of up to three years, the opposition party Levica informed on Tuesday.
The accused are suspected that in their capacity as officials, managers of an electricity supply company – for a long period of time knowingly and intentionally concealed and failed to report the theft of electricity in a large amount, i.e. illegal use of electricity by the residents of the municipality of Arachinovo.
