The cheap tariff of 0.6 denars is increasing to 1.3 denars, they forgot to say that more than twice. It was suddenly increased by 200 percent. That is nowhere to be found, no one is saying that,” said the leader of opposition VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski asked by the media on Thursday.
Mickoski added that this is so because in 2021 and 2022, all citizens transferred more than 265 million euros to AD ESM, formerly ELEM, from the state budget. And, only in 2022, ending November, excluding December, 180 million euros were transferred. And with December, it will be more than 200 million euros.
The VMRO-DPMNE party leader indicated that out of those 200 million, estimates are that at least 30 million are being stolen. Mickoski called on all those who call for the fight against crime and corruption to go on and open the documents and find the crime.
