Case management system in Public Prosecutor’s Offices kicks off

The Macedonian Ministry of Justice, in coordination with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of N. Macedonia, took all the necessary actions to ensure the full and uninterrupted mandatory application of the case management system in the Public Prosecutor’s Offices starting January 1, 2023.

The system is a basic tool in the performance of the basic tasks of the public prosecutor’s offices, which will ensure the storage of information, monitoring and archiving of the cases, as well as insight into the status of the cases at any moment. It ensures an uninterrupted flow of data, and the main goal is to improve and automate the processes in the public prosecutor’s offices, improve the flow of information through digitalization, archiving and storage of documentation, while ensuring a high degree of security, access control and automated communication.
