The Government should explain the criteria under which it distributes cards for expatriates, is the criterion the same as for the passports of criminals? And at the same time, a list was published in the media of all the people who were granted MKarta, but the Government does not say who chose those people and what they did, said VMRO-DPMNE on Thursday.
The authorities do not say why they and not other people received MKarta. What is the criterion by which they are scored or are they not scored at all, but they are chosen by will and criteria known only to Ottomans?, asked the largest opposition party.
