The Mayor of Centar Municipality GoranGerasimovski had a meeting on Monday with the head of the MOC, the Archbishop of Ohrid and Macedonian Stefan with whom he discussed the current situation with the church “Saints Constantine and Helena”, which is located on the Macedonia street and is still under construction.
At the request of the MOC, the municipality will not remove the construction fences and they will remain until the completion of the final works on the building, which will be ready soon. The decision to keep the circle of the church fenced is primarily due to security reasons, given the fact that a crane is still towering over the bell tower.
