The humiliations and insults suffered by Macedonia and the Macedonians are the result of the SDSwrong policy. The source of this is the poisoned tree agreement with Bulgaria that they brought, with which they opened the door and gave legitimacy to negative statements and actions directed towards the Macedonian identity, said VMRO-DPMNE in a press release on Wednesday.
“The result of all this today is the emerging tensions, historically worst relations between the two countries and scandalous celebrations of historical dates with cordons, a lot of police and honoring away from the eyes of the people. Instead of the future, the SDS government agreed to talk about history. There is no infrastructural and economic benefit for Macedonia from this,” said the largest opposition party.
