This is an intense hybrid attack that is happening all over the country, during which around 120 facilities were affected, not only schools, says the Macedonian Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski in an interview with TV 24. He said that intensive work is being done on detection of the perpetrators and that from October 19 until today, more than 520 facilities were covered with false bomb threats.
“Several cases were resolved. Now we have an isolated group and the case is being worked on. In recent days, emails have been sent from addresses in Iran and Russia, and payments to VPN services are made with cryptocurrencies, which makes it difficult to find them”, said Minister Spasovski.
