Immediately after the entry into force of the Government’s decisions on determining the highest prices for pasta, milk, cottage cheese, cheese, cheese, sour milk, sour cream and yogurt, the State Market Inspectorate (SMI) will go to the field and act, announced the Inspectorate and they add that fines for disobeying the decisions amount to 800 to 10,000 euros, depending on the size and type of the economic operator.
“The decisions were made in the interest of the citizens and their needs and will enter into force on March 16, 2023. This is enough time for traders to adjust prices. We appeal to respect the decisions, because otherwise, without selection, punishments will follow”, said the SMI.
