MoI files criminal charges against suspect for the Kapistec murder


The Skopje Police Department on Monday submitted criminal charges to the Skopje Public Prosecutor’s Office against J.S. (44) from Skopje, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing murder, punishable under Art. 123 of the Criminal Code.
“On 31.03.2023 around 8:02 a.m. in the casino on Metropolitan Teodosij Gologanov Blvd., J.S. he shot N.A. (46) from the village of Arachinovo with a handgun, with whom he had previously played on the machines in the casino, after which N.A. succumbed to his injuries,” the Ministry of Interior announced on Tuesday.
The identity of the perpetrator of the crime has been determined, and the firearm with which J.S. committed the crime.
