Grubi and Kovachevski are hiding the contract for the construction of the corridors, because that contract will show all their irresponsibility as an authority towards public money, says VMRO-DPMNE, adding that “this criminal duo accepted a contract based on non-existent laws and accepted obligations that those laws will amend them, and if this does not happen within a certain period, then it immediately entails the payment of 53 million euros of budget funds as additional costs, which the Government would say as a reduced form of damages”.
“The obligation they undertook on behalf of the Parliament is to amend the Law on Labor Relations and allow a 60-hour work week. By the way, the Constitutional Court declared this kind of thing unconstitutional with a decision in July 2022. Exactly that decision of the Constitutional Court is the basis for criminal prosecution of Artan Grubi, Dimitar Kovachevski and the others who eight months later signed a harmful contract which means additional costs, or fines of a total value of around 200 million euros during the construction of the corridors,” pointed out VMRO-DPMNE.
