“For two days, the Government has been silent on the new information related to the disputed contract for the highways, which I made public, and which refer to:
– Hiring up to 70% foreign workers and only 30% domestic workers in the construction.
Work of foreigners without work permits and residence permits
Kovachevski and Grubi lie that at least 51 percent will be domestic workers, although it can be clearly seen that 70 percent will be foreigners.”
