Medical Chamber revokes license of Tetovo hospital anesthesiologist

The Court of Honor at the Medical Chamber, at Monday’s session, decided to temporarily revoke the work license of Dr. Valton Dervishi for a period of seven years.
“The Court of Honor at the Medical Chamber of the Republic of North Macedonia at today’s session made a decision to temporarily revoke the work license of Dr. Valton Dervishi, specialist anesthesiologist, employed at PHI Clinical Hospital Tetovo. The doctor’s work license is temporarily revoked for a period of 7 years, which according to the legal regulations is the maximum penalty that can be imposed for an ethical violation in the work. The court of honor determined that the doctor violated the Code of Medical Deontology of the LCRSM as well as the International Code of Medical Ethics,” said the Medical Chamber.
