The Skopje Criminal Court has ordered 30-day detention for 14 members of criminal groups suspected of illegal sale of drugs and firearms.
Detention has also been determined for the three suspects who are unavailable to the law enforcement authorities. They will go into custody as soon as they are found.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, a total of 18 people are under investigation who are suspected of procuring the drug from Albania and Kosovo, and hiding it in Singelikj and Arachinovo.
In the big raid, the police searched 27 locations in Skopje. In several places, cocaine and marijuana were found and confiscated, which are the subject of expert examination, ammunition, a handgun, passenger motor vehicles, a large amount of foreign currency and Macedonian denars, mobile phones, etc.
