We received the contract with the U.S.-Turkish consortium Bechtel-Enka and we are in the phase of its analysis. A larger team will work on this case, and the tasks of the advisers have already been divided between them, said the president of the State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) Biljana Ivanovska on Monday.
The SCPC head reiterated that ‘they have several advisors, some of whom are involved in the public procurement department, labor relations, someone is involved as an investigator, and someone is doing an analysis of the laws that need to be passed’.
“I can’t say exactly when it will be because it’s ungrateful to say, you’ll say you said it and you’re not done, we’re working on it full steam ahead. As soon as everything is finished, we will come out and say it,” said Ivanovska, who participated in a lecture within the promotional campaign for the fight against corruption “Be heroes of honesty” of the SCPC at the “Bratstvo” elementary school in Skopje.
