Macedonian pop singer Kaliopi Bukle canceled Saturday night’s concert after a woman in the audience died during the event.
The woman came all the way from Macedonia in the company of her friends and daughter, when she got nauseous in the concert venue.
Although the ambulance arrived in a short time, unfortunately, there was no way to save her.
Kaliopi was very shaken by this news, so she left the scene, and then went with the police to the police station to give a statement.
The famous Macedonian singer posted a story on Instagram and wrote that she was very sorry for the tragedy that had happened at her concert.
“This is the saddest day in my career. Today instead of celebrating a life at my concert, we lost a life… On behalf of myself and my entire team, we express our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased. This is my first and only statement about tonight’s unfortunate and very sad event for all of us. I hope my audience will be understanding about the postponement of tonight’s concert. The new date will be announced soon. Kaliopi ,” reads the Instagram post.
