I am firmly convinced that this week and in the next period, immediately after receiving the reports of the European Union and the Evaluation Commission on the work of the Judicial Council, the essential questions about the problems in the judiciary will be opened, but also a clear roadmap will be given for the steps that should be taken further.
The findings of the two reports, including the issue of political pressures and influences, will soon be an occasion for an exchange of opinions and the opening of a new discussion within the framework of work events and meetings that will provide a further contribution to the rule of law, said Supreme Court President BesaAdemi about the reasons why she did not respond to the invitation from the Judicial Council for a back meeting on Monday.
