Worth It leaders meet with Kosovo PM Kurti

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti hosted Saturday leaders of the Worth It coalition Bilal Kasami, Arben Taravari, Izet Mexhiti and Afrim Gashi, congratulating them on the election result at the May 8 parliamentary elections, saying it is the first time an ethnic Albanian opposition garnered over 100,000 votes, reported Koha.

Issues of importance for Albanians in Macedonia were discussed at the meeting, as well as interstate relations, and other important issues.

According to Kurti’s office, the meeting took place in the spirit of cordial cooperation, considering that “Albanians in the Balkans are a factor in supporting democratization, European integration, Euro-Atlantic peace, security and stability.”
