Vice-Governor Mitreska at the CEF Annual Meeting: Investing in human resources is key to building strong institutions

Strong institutions are a prerequisite for strong economies and just societies. The most valuable resource of the institutions is the human capital, hence the investments and the strategy of constant development and promotion of the personnel is essential for their strengthening.

The accelerated development of technologies, climate change, geopolitical instability and staff fluctuation create an uncertain environment for public institutions. From there, they should invest in maintaining existing capacities, as well as developing new ones, in order to cope with the complex environment, highlighted National Bank Vice Governor Ana Mitreska at the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Center of Excellence in Finance (CEF).
