Siljanovska Davkova meets Polish President Duda at Ukraine Peace Summit

President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova met Saturday with Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda on the sidelines of the Ukraine Peace Summit in Switzerland, exchanging opinions on bilateral relations, regional developments, European integration and global security challenges, as well as the countries’ cooperation as NATO allies.

Siljanovska Davkova and Duda expressed satisfaction from the excellent cooperation based on the traditional friendship, agreeing that both countries share 30-year long ties of mutual respect, trust and understanding, the President’s Office said in a press release.

President Siljanovska Davkova welcomed Poland’s unequivocal support on the long Macedonian road to the EU, adding that Polish experiences would be of enormous benefit in the Union accession process.
