Total consumption by types of energy commodities in April was 437,116 MWh of electricity, 12,002 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 415,631 tons of coal and 85,745 tons of petroleum products, said the State Statistics Office(SSO) on Tuesday.
Gross domestic electricity production accounts for 91.5% of gross domestic electricity consumption, while 99.9% of the total coal consumption is used for electricity production.
