According to the report, the defendant, despite being aware that there was a large group of migrants at the scene, as well as the fact that he was holding a firearm full of ammunition in his hand, fired one shot, causing a significant danger to the life and body of the gathered persons. . As a result of her injuries, she died after being transferred to Gevgelija-based General Hospital.
