Macedonian taekwondo representative Miljana Reljikj is a taekwondo fighter on the rise and she shows it with her results in the last two years, and she demonstrated it Thursday afternoon with a spectacular edition of the Olympic Games.
The round of 16 of the women’s tournament up to 57 kilograms ended precisely with the fight of Reljikj, who in the first round could not have faced a more difficult challenge than the one she won.
Reljikj had two-time Olympic champion Jade Jones as her rival, but she not only matched, but also managed to defeat the 10-years more experienced UK representative 2-1.
