The car owned by Dragan Mitkovski, who is one of the closest associates of Skopje Mayor Danela Arsovska, was set on fire in the Gjorche Petrov municipality. In the last elections, Mitkovski was even the holder of a list from the ranks of her party.
“On August 9, 2024, at 03:05 a.m., the Fire Protection Brigade – Skopje reported to the Skopje Police Department that a Mercedes A Class passenger motor vehicle with Skopje license plates, owned by a legal entity from Skopje, was set on fire on the territory of the Municipality of Gjorche Petrov. A passenger motor vehicle Hyundai and Suzuki Swift were also affected by the fire in the part of the bumpers and rear view mirror. Measures are being taken to clear up the case,” said the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
