Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski says in a social media post that the normalization of the situation in the country means smart saving, based on honesty and principles. The PM says that they found the country in chaos, and they are struggling to create order and consistency.

“The Director of the Public Enterprise for State Roads Koce Trajanovski informed me that at the toll booths in July 2024, there is a turnover of MKD 470,194,563, which is more by MKD 16,071,251, compared to the same period last year. This money existed last year as well, the only difference is that it did not end up in the state coffers, where now we build preschools, schools, roads with that money. We are investing in hospitals, new jobs, etc.”, reads Mickoski’s post.
