A Skopje public prosecutor to the Skopje-based Criminal Court on Monday send an indictment against Ljupcho Palevski – Palcho over the kidnapping and murder of Panche Zhezhovski from Veles and Vanja Gjorchevska, a 14-year-old girl from Skopje.
Palevski is charged with: – one criminal act – Murder from Art. 123 paragraph 2 item 1 and item 7 c.v. with Art. 22 of the Criminal Code and one crime – Murder from Art. 123 paragraph 2 item 1 and item 4 c.v. with art. 22 of the Criminal Code and the two penalties under art. 123 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code,
– One criminal act – Kidnapping from art. 141 paragraph 2 c.v. with paragraph 1 c.v. with art. 22 of the Criminal Code and one crime – Kidnapping from art. 141 paragraph 1 c.v. with art. 22 of the Criminal Code.
The assigned prosecutor submitted a proposal to implement a single procedure against the accused and four other people who were previously charged with the same crime, considering that the two indictments deal with the same type of criminal acts committed by several people as co-perpetrators, there is a connection between their actions in terms of time, place and method of execution, and there is also the same evidence.
Together, they planned the kidnapping of 14-year-old Vanja Gjorchevska in order to force a member of her immediate family to pay ransom.
