The directors of the public enterprises Parks and Greenery and Drisla, Martin Angelovski and AleksandarKuzinakov, have been dismissed. By the end of this week, the City of Skopje will begin conducting an extraordinary audit of the operations of all public enterprises under its authority, the city authorities announced on Wednesday.
“Martin Angelovski has been dismissed from the position of director of PE Parks and Greenery due to operational irregularities and non-compliance with the employment contract. No one is allowed to play with the people’s money, and even less with the trust of the citizens of the city of Skopje. An extraordinary audit has also been announced at the PE Parks and Greenery which should begin by the end of this week,” reads the city’s press release.
