The Department of Internal Control to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption filed criminal charges against M.B. and M.S. due to suspicion that they have committed the crime of violation of the rights of employment according to Article 166 of the Criminal Code.
The first respondent M.B. – senior police advisor for control in the BJB, and at the time of the crime in the position of state advisor – chief of staff of the Minister of Interior and the second reported M.S. – the head of the Human Resources Management Department, not complying with the legal provisions of the Law on Internal Affairs that refer to the establishment of an employment relationship, violated, took away or limited a right belonging to the employee.
M.B., knowingly and with the intention of not concluding a contract for work between the Ministry of Interior and S.T. from Prilep, on 27.10.2023, issued an order to the second defendant M.S. to withdraw the already made, signed by the minister contract for the work of S.T., and the second applicant M.S. acted according to the issued order.
