Electronic management of the entire medical documentation, preservation of the way of referral of patients in the health system and an inclusive process for the expansion of the positive list of drugs are the priority reforms that the Medical Chamber highlighted at the first meeting with the new Minister of Health, Dr. Arben Taravari, which was held Friday in the premises of the Chamber.
“We emphasize the request for the abolition of the paper card, that is, that the registers keep only the electronic card, as well as the abolition of the practice of printing directions, specialist opinions and other documents from “”My Appointment” Now, without real need, we print five documents for one patient, which are already in “My Appointment”. With this reform, doctors will get rid of unnecessary administrative work and devote more time to patients,” said Medical Chamber president Dr. Kalina Grivcheva-Stardelova.
