Judge Pajazit Pajaziti left room for Blerim Ramadani to escape, or instead of effective detention, he ordered house arrest. Paiaziti has given a suspended sentence, rather than a prison sentence to Izhet Memeti, who admitted taking a bribe to influence Boro Stojchev a.k.a Boro Marlboro for a lighter sentence. He should be held accountable because he made huge mistakes both in the case of Ramadani and Memeti, VMRO-DPMNE said in a press release on Tuesday.
“It is clear that Pajaziti is not acting in line with the law. Hence, it is clear that Pajaziti should not be a judge, and the competent institutions should dismiss him. If Pajaziti is not sanctioned, trust in the judiciary will further decrease,” the ruling party said.
